Description: Bellydance “shimmy” fitness aims to provide students with introduction to basic cabaret and tribal techniques combined with 60 minutes of dance, dance, dance! Students will use bellydance technique in several choreographed numbers to improve their overall fitness as well as core and leg strength. Floor work will be introduced throughout the session so a yoga mat is recommended but not required. “
