Water with Lemon?

Summer is approaching (I know Yooper friends – this feels hard to believe.)

Staying hydrated is extremely important as the weather gets warmer and you continue to exercise.

I have a hard time drinking just water.  Unless, I am extremely thirsty.

I have found I can drink more water if I simply add lemons.

Lemons are a natural way to add flavor.

If you have visited Zumba on the Beach with me, I always have a container of water with lemons (sometimes strawberries as well).

I have been reading more and more about the benefits of adding lemon to your water and wanted to share with you.
