Holly’s “Bikini Diet Cookie”

Holly writes, “I call it my diet cookie, but it cures the sweets craving…..”  (Sounds fantastic, Holly!  I had to share!)

  • 1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 2-3 ripe bananas mashed
  • a handful of craisins
  • a handful of crushed walnuts
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • a dash of br0wn sugar

350 for 35 minutes!

Holly also writes, “I’ll warn you it’s not a Chips Ahoy, but it’s better than nothing!!!”
