1 tsp. olive or canola oil
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/3 c. water
1 lb. frozen or fresh peas
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill or 3/4 tsp. fresh dill or mint
Place a large skillet on the stove over medium to high heat. Add the oil, onion and celery and saute until tender. Add the the water, peas, pepper and dill. Stir to distribute the spices and cover tightly. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the peas are tender. Serves 6.
